ABOUT ME

Hey there babes, first of all thanks for stopping by my blog! My name is Amanda Ellen, a thirty one year old born & raised in Long Island, New York but this New Yorker just recently moved to Florida with my husband, Steve. My husband and I met through a family friend while visiting in Florida and the rest is history, I made the move to the sunshine state!

I wanted to start this blog for my love for fashion, beauty, and styling. I have an Advertising and Marketing BA degree from Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and have always been passionate about fashion since I was a little girl. I startled modeling in college for a few brands as well as promotional modeling as a side hustle to earn some extra cash while I was in school. I fell in love with it.

 

My mom growing up was ALWAYS huge into fashion and dressing my sister and I up since we were kids. My Nana always raised us with the expression "You never know who you will run into". That woman would never leave the house without looking presentable with at least a little bit of makeup and her Sunday's best outfit. That's what I've grown up with and had instilled in me.

My husband and I just recently purchased our first home so designing our home has been super exciting and I would love to fill you in on all the decor details along the way.

Like I said before I am a wife, bonus mama, dog mama designing a home, parenting, and doing it in style. I really hope you all enjoy following along on this journey I call life with me and I can’t thank you enough for all of the love and support!
